Passbox introduction

Pass box isone kind of facilities, which located on partition walls of cleanroom and its function is for transferring goods between inside andoutside of clean room, so that it can prevent any disturbance ofairflow and air pressure in clean room, which caused by the dooropening for goods transferring.

 

It’sinstalled on the wall between two rooms to minimize contaminationduring transportation of materials. Furthermore, it can reduce thetime for operators moving in and out, to prevent any dust comingfrom the out regions.
